Job Summary

We are seeking a Housing Documentation Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of credit folders and loan documents.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the assembly of credit folders that meet all necessary requirements.
  • Ensure timely downloading and printing of loan documents.
  • Organize loan documents for assigned accounts.
  • Implement approved strategies and procedures.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any business-related field.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in banking or a related financial institution, preferably in collections or debt recovery.
  • Familiarity with loan documentation.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team.
