Warehouse Operations Manager

About the Role
  • Lead and manage the warehouse team (4 direct reports) to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-efficient deliveries using company-owned trucks.
  • Oversee warehouse layout and storage optimization for 12,000+ SKUs.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and address stock discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with delivery providers, suppliers, and internal teams (sales, procurement, customer service).
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Odoo ERP for warehouse operations.
  • Establish KPIs and use data to improve warehouse performance.
  • Manage import-related logistics processes.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues (e.g., delays, stockouts) quickly.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Certifications: CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) is an advantage.
  • Strong track record in inventory management, process improvement, and cost control.
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or similar systems (preferably implementation experience).
  • Background in FMCG, retail, agriculture, pharma, or large-scale logistics operations preferred.
  • Experience handling imports is required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
