Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our Global Social team. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in fast-paced environments or global contexts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, encompassing strong content planning and storytelling frameworks for organic global channels such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Idea Generation & Analysis: Lead the creation and execution of social media content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant teams to produce engaging content.
  • Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Lead and develop a high-performing global social marketing team, providing clear guidance to ensure global brand consistency and achievement of overall global social targets.
Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in social media management, preferably in fast-paced environments or global contexts.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
