Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an HR Manager/Supervisor. As an HR professional, you will be responsible for supporting the APAC Benefits, Rewards, Payroll operations team to achieve operational excellence.

  • Support the APAC Benefits, Rewards, Payroll operations team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Handles and resolve Rewards and Payroll related escalations.
  • Ensures high-quality standards for all activities, initiatives, and tasks within the designated functional area(s) of responsibility. Adheres to all service level agreements (SLAs) established by the HR functional area(s) / team(s). Appropriately documents case details and relevant information in the case management system.
  • Coordinate between different HR operational teams to ensure and maintain data quality of employees' information in HRIS (Workday) and ServiceNow.
  • Addresses operation issues and provides regular feedback to team members.
  • Perform various types of reports.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the knowledge base and HR Systems navigation to resolve employee and manager queries including Workday and HR library.
  • Understands and executes on SLA and KPI's.
  • Provide excellent customer service, high-quality resolution, and consistent support of standard processes by following documented work instructions and ways of working guidelines.
  • Understands and follows compliance requirements for SOX, Employee Data Governance, and other policy requirements.
  • Ensures data accuracy and integrity with all transactions, communications, and stakeholder support.
