Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform application administration tasks, including installations, connectivity, configuration, upgrades, and patching across cloud and SaaS platforms.
  • Monitor platform health, track service level agreements, and resolve issues in collaboration with senior team members.
  • Support automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and enable "shift-left" operational models.
  • Document processes, create knowledge base articles, and develop self-service capabilities for internal users.
  • Contribute to cost optimization efforts, performance tuning, audit activities, and disaster recovery testing.
The Must Haves:
  • A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Basic scripting skills (Python preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
The Assets:
  • Exposure to data/analytics platforms like Snowflake, business intelligence tools, or extract, transform, load platforms.
  • Awareness of monitoring tools, automation concepts, continuous integration/continuous deployment practices, or DevOps workflows.
