Job Title:

Global Service Coordinator

About the Role:

This position will support Level 2 and out-of-scope requests for internal and external clients. To ensure optimal services are provided, the successful candidate will monitor SLA performance and follow up on internal indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support all services with basic expertise (GC/GPO, GEMS, General Customer Support, MDM).
  2. Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of transactions processed.
  3. Meet defined Key Performance Indicators (Productivity, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Business Output).
  4. Create, maintain, and update relevant documentation related to processes and tools.
  5. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 expertise support for BSD services.
  6. Comply with operational SLAs agreed with customers to achieve process, team, and individual performance.
  7. Exceed KPIs defined via SLA.

Requirements:

  • Good relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with ERPs and CRMs or related tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Technologically savvy.
  • Customer service techniques and protocols.

Travel and Work Environment:

The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.

Language Requirements:

  • Full command of English language (written and spoken).
  • Desirable: Spanish, French, or Portuguese (written and spoken).
