Overview:
Neksjob Corporation seeks a highly motivated Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team. This role is ideal for an individual who can motivate, support, and develop the skills of their team members.
Salary:
$33,000 - $57,000 per year, plus commission structure.
About the Role:
The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for supervising, motivating, and supporting a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets. This involves providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high levels of performance and professional growth.
The successful candidate will also work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and market share growth. They will adjust these strategies based on market conditions and customer feedback.
This role requires strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Set individual and team sales goals and track performance against targets.
- Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to improve the sales team's product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales trends, and market conditions.
- Recruitment & Staffing: Assist in the hiring process of new sales staff.
- Inventory & Product Knowledge: Ensure the sales team is well-versed in the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the company's products or services.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in sales management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
