Construction Leadership Opportunity

This is a challenging position to lead a team of construction professionals and oversee the successful execution of ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction methodologies, cost control, contract management, and safety regulations. They should also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to travel extensively and adapt to flexible schedules.

The Construction Head will be responsible for leading cultural transformation, fostering proactive problem-solving, and mentoring teams for greater ownership. They will also introduce tools and systems to streamline communication, reduce double-handling, and enhance reporting efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate construction activities across multiple sites nationwide.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
  • Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, review operations, and ensure alignment with approved plans.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (licensed Civil Engineer preferred), with at least 10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. They must have a proven track record of managing multiple, simultaneous mid- to large-scale projects, with strong industry knowledge and technical expertise in horizontal and vertical developments, formworks, precast systems, and cost review.

Requirements
