Key Responsibilities

As a Web Content Specialist & Portal Builder, you are responsible for:

  • Rebuilding client websites using modern web development principles.
  • Transforming existing site maps and content structures into user-friendly layouts within the CMS.
  • Setting up and integrating member portals in Umbraco, linked to CRM systems.
  • Collaborating with the Creative Director to manage project briefs and workload.
  • Ensuring websites are well-presented, accessible, and aligned with client branding standards.
  • Tracking progress and communicating with the team via Notion and Microsoft Teams.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong eye for design and presentation with attention to detail.
  • Experience with web or CMS platforms (Umbraco preferred; training provided).
  • The ability to work efficiently and independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with web content structures (site maps, navigation, accessibility).
  • Understanding of modern image and graphic formats, including responsive graphics and image optimization.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to adapt content into new formats.
