Our company is seeking a proactive marketing professional to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies. This includes crafting engaging content, building brand awareness, and driving customer engagement through email, social media, and direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the target territory.
  • Design and implement multi-channel campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, and events.
  • Develop compelling marketing materials, such as email templates, thought leadership pieces, and other collateral, to engage target audiences.
  • Implement lead generation strategies, including multi-channel campaigns and automated workflows, to increase prospect engagement.
  • Build a pipeline of sales-qualified leads, maintain prospect relationships, and ensure a seamless transition to the sales team for purchase-ready prospects.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates to drive improvements and optimize ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports on the progress of each lead and performance versus targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of all campaigns and workflows.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in generating leads and executing outbound marketing strategies, preferably in the legaltech or SaaS industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with high-ranking individuals in companies.
  • Experience with account-based marketing and marketing automation platforms, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo, is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Pipedrive, is also desirable.
  • Excellent copywriting, presentation, and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Client-oriented mindset, consultative approach, and strong business acumen are essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in Business English is required.
