About the Role

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Onsite Content Management: Oversee the creation and management of high-quality onsite content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Market Research & Innovation: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in online marketing.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze campaign performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Growth Hacking & Experimentation: Continuously test and innovate new marketing channels and tactics to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • eCommerce Marketing Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in eCommerce marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs and meet deadlines.
  • Thrives in Fast-Paced Environments: Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with a bias for action and a results-driven mindset.
  • Creative & Data-Driven: A blend of creativity and analytical skills, with the ability to think outside the box and drive business growth.
  • Organizational Agility & Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and build strong relationships.
