Job Description

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to gain valuable experience in talent operations and contribute to delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

As a Talent Operations Associate, your primary focus will be on managing day-to-day recruiting operations across multiple roles and client accounts. You will be responsible for responding to candidate inquiries, communicating with professionalism and empathy, and coordinating and tracking email campaigns to ensure timely candidate outreach.

Additionally, you will monitor candidate scheduling, reschedules, and confirmations to keep the process on track. Your proactive mindset and ability to suggest better ways of working will be highly valued as you collaborate with US- and PH-based team members to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or admin/ops — ideally post-college and in a business setting
  • Excellent written English and comfort communicating with US-based candidates and teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you keep things moving and nothing falls through the cracks
  • A proactive mindset — you see inefficiencies and suggest better ways to work
  • Comfortable working during US business hours (EST)
