Responsibilities

  • Facilitates job offers and completes the pre-boarding requirements of new hires.

  • Prepares important documents for new hires, encodes new hire information in the company databases, and prepares new hire 201 files.

  • Participate in sourcing and recruiting strategy planning.

  • Assists in applicant lead generation efforts, scheduling, and pre-screening when needed.

  • Coordinates and works with operations counterparts/training counterparts to address candidates' recruitment/requirements-related concerns.

  • Perform other duties which may be required by management from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration/Management or equivalent.

  • With 1 year of working experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferably in a high-volume environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Possess a forward-thinking positive and "can do" attitude

  • Skills in database management and record keeping

  • Must be willing to work in shifting schedules (including evening shifts), rendering OTs when needed, and working during PH holidays.

    • Afternoon Schedule

    • Monday-Friday and Tuesday-Saturday

  • Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa (100% onsite)
