Main Purpose & Responsibilities

As a Workday Financials Consultant (Associate), you'll support the implementation and configuration of enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base. You will also support post-deployment tasks.

You'll work co-operatively with team members to understand customer requirements and deliver solutions aligned to customer needs.

  • Understanding of Workday products, including Financials and Payroll capabilities
  • Good customer focus, with some experience in customer-facing environments
  • Clear and effective communicator, able to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work within teams and alongside customers, as well as individual tasks with limited supervision
  • Able to plan workload and meet deadlines
  • Maintain high-quality and accuracy at all times, adhering to relevant standards and procedures
  • Aware of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies, ensuring security of information
  • Willing to learn about relevant subject matter, such as international regulatory requirements
  • Able to rotate through various Workday delivery services, including Consulting and Application Management Services
  • Deliver work to meet defined Service Level Agreements for Application Management Services
