Social Media Services Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Media Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality business support to colleagues and clients globally.

You will play a key part in driving our digital strategy by collecting, structuring, and analyzing data to provide actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring digital and social media channels to collect, structure, and analyze data.
  • Conducting omnichannel analysis to deliver data-driven conclusions in reports and presentations.
  • Collecting business requirements and feedback, and transforming them into actionable recommendations.
  • Presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders.

You will have the opportunity to work with large volumes of data, find stories in the metrics, and provide insights that drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related courses.
  • 6-12 months of experience working in digital and social media.
  • Strong knowledge of how social media platforms work.
  • Knowledge of different digital metrics across social media platforms.
  • Ability to work with analytical tasks.
  • Proficiency in English language for both written and oral.
