Bookkeeping Expert Wanted

Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day financial operations, including expenses, accounting software, invoicing, AP/AR, and reconciliations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Record and manage daily expenses, including daily sales entries
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
  • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), with an AP-focused workload
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on invoices
  • Utilize accounting tools including QuickBooks (QBO), Ramp, MS 365, and POS systems (e.g., Aloha)
  • Collaborate with clients to provide timely updates and financial insights
  • Keep accounting software up to date and accurate

Requirements:
  • 2–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (AP-focused is a plus)
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online preferred (experience is helpful but not strictly required)
  • Familiarity with Ramp, MS 365 tools, and POS systems (Aloha preferred) is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial recordkeeping
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a self-starter
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Graveyard shift experience is nice to have, but not required

About the Opportunity:

This is a fully remote position, and you should be available for client calls during EST working hours (night shift in PH).
