Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Google Ads specialist to lead our team in driving results-oriented digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive Google Ads strategies across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video platforms.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Execute targeted campaigns for lead generation and sales enhancement for various business types.
  • Optimise campaigns to meet performance benchmarks such as Conversion Rates and CPA.
  • Provide recommendations for landing page enhancements.
  • Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and scaling.
  • Oversee the performance of both lead-generation campaigns and brand-awareness campaigns, implementing effective targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEM strategies with broader digital marketing efforts.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and allocate time efficiently based on campaign needs and performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest Google Ads techniques and strategies to drive results for clients.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads, preferably in an agency environment handling multiple clients.
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads and sales through Google Ads for diverse business types.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads platforms.
  • Deep understanding of all Google Ads formats including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video.
  • Experience with digital advertising tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Google Data Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Project management experience, preferably with tools like Asana & Basecamp.
  • Fluent English with excellent writing and speaking skills.
  • Google Ads certification.
  • Experience with Bing Ads management.
Bonus Skills
  • Agency experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and strategies.
  • Knowledge of additional PPC platforms.
