Customer Service Representative Position

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-tier service in a dynamic telecom and managed services environment.

  • Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and patience.
  • Resolve complex customer issues efficiently using your BPO and telecom experience.
  • Maintain superb communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams.
  • Work collaboratively with managed services teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support in a high-volume call environment.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, account management, service activations, and troubleshooting.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of customer service experience in telecom, billing, or managed services.
  • Strong background in state-sign customer service billing support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with telecom industry standards, billing platforms, and troubleshooting procedures.
