Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager at AEON Fantasy. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Store Manager in maintaining accurate records and reports, including Daily Cash reports, Daily Store reports, and Monthly reports.

  2. Provide administrative support to the Store Manager, including consumable ordering and CMSF (Cash Monitoring and Safekeeping Form) management.

  3. Deploy partners efficiently using MHM (Management Help Module).

  4. Ensure the accuracy of store reports and complete Daily Cash reports, Daily Store reports, and Monthly reports.

  5. Serve as the petty cash custodian and Cash Monitoring and Safe Keeping custodian.

  6. Manage the cash flow of the store and make deposits in the absence of the Store Manager.

  7. Replace the Store Manager if they are not available.
