AEON Fantasy is looking for a skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team in providing exceptional retail store operations. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in assisting the Store Manager in maintaining cost control of the store through petty cash handling and consumable ordering. You will also be responsible for managing partners' welfare, familiarizing them with their duties and responsibilities, and assisting the Store Manager in submitting timely store reports and partner evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Control: Assist the Store Manager in controlling costs through petty cash handling and consumable ordering.
  • Partner Management: Manage partners' welfare, familiarize them with their duties and responsibilities, and assist the Store Manager in submitting timely store reports and partner evaluations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Store Manager, including consumable and sock inventory management, storing and organizing all store files and documents.
  • Sales Performance: Assist in managing sales performance and ensure the accuracy of store reports and completion of Daily Cash reports, Daily Store reports, and Monthly reports.
