Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing store operations, organization, and environment to meet or exceed sales, profitability, brand experience, operational goals, and consumer expectations;
- Leading by example, setting high standards for yourself and your team, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment;
- Developing strategies to improve sales and profitability, and collaborating with HQ teams to deliver outstanding execution of directives especially for exclusive products and initiatives (brand/business initiatives);
- Formulating and implementing impactful solutions to resolve store issues such as but not limited to service, people, product, and process;
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of required reports, records, and presentations;
- Regularly and effectively communicating feedback to the HQ Retail team in order to gain support and realize full store potential;
- Attending required meetings and strategically sharing pertinent information to team members to drive operational success;
- Properly managing and allocating finances and resources at the store to drive bottomline and operational success;
- Constantly abreast of trends and industry practices;
- May be reassigned to different store locations under Titanomachy International Inc.
This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be based in San Juan (National Capital Region) and will be required to commute/relocate before starting work.
