Access Administration Specialist

The role of the Access Administration Specialist involves providing ongoing support and management for access to various systems, applications, and platforms. This includes consolidating new and existing platforms into a centralized Identity and Access Management (IAM) system, creating procedures for access administration, and periodically reviewing user access.

This specialist must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with user access provisioning and large-scale platform management. A deep understanding of IAM technologies and best practices is also essential.

In addition to technical expertise, this role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as the specialist will work closely with team members to deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate will be able to stay current with industry trends and best practices, and have a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Consolidate new and existing platforms into IAM for access management.
    • Create procedures for access administration, including assigning, changing, resetting, certifying, and disabling user IDs and access credentials.
    • Develop and implement documented procedures to periodically review user access and assist in certifying user access per defined policies.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience with user access provisioning with large platforms, databases, servers, applications, etc.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of IAM technologies and best practices.
