Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career as a Manager in Identity & Access Management?

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Global Delivery Services (GDS) team, working on various projects for clients across the globe.

As a Manager, you will lead multiple client engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services, and lead business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.

The GDS Cybersecurity team provides broad services offering, including Strategy, Risk, Compliance and Resilience, Identity and Access Management, Next Generation Security Operations and Response, Cybersecurity Managed Services and Security Architecture, Engineering and Emerging Technology.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage overall client service quality delivery in accordance with EY quality guidelines and methodologies.
  • Responsible for managing accounts and relationships on a day-to-day basis and exploring new business opportunities for the firm.
  • Establishing, strengthening and nurturing relationships with clients (functional heads & key influencers) and internally across service lines and proactively.
  • Assist in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives, and help in creating a positive learning culture by coaching, counselling and developing junior team members.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of Identity Access Management concepts.
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation of any IAM tool.
  • At least 8 – 10 implementations completed.
  • Strong industry focus.
  • Hands-on Development experience on Provisioning Workflows, triggers, Rules and customizing the tool as per the requirements.
