We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our assigned properties.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all building systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and sanitary, are functioning properly and effectively.
  • Manage daily operations, including hiring service providers, scheduling maintenance work, and responding to tenant concerns.
  • Identify renewal needs of the building and coordinate with specialty contractors and third-party service providers for repairs and maintenance work.
  • Procure spare parts or third-party services for air conditioning units and charge corresponding costs to business units.
  • Prepare cost proposals for special work orders and secure approval from business units.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require strong organizational and communication skills, as well as experience in property management and maintenance. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Benefits
