Customer Service Representative

As a member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients. This role involves making outbound calls for surveys and sales, as well as handling inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close leads.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be highly organized and able to multitask, prioritizing tasks efficiently and managing your time effectively.
In this role, you will be working closely with other team members to achieve business objectives and deliver results. You will also be responsible for updating customer relationship management (CRM) software with accurate data entry and creating reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent English communication skills
- Typing speed: at least 40WPM
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to different situations
- Customer orientation and ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
