Job Overview

The role of Operational Excellence and Project Manager is a critical position within our organization, requiring a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to lead process improvements and manage cross-functional projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver end-to-end improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and service quality.
  • Manage the onboarding and integration of new services into our operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization using data analysis, stakeholder input, and best practices.
  • Develop clear and actionable process flows, SOPs, and training materials for front-line teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience in project management and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of Lean methodologies and certification is an asset.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into efficient processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft tools.
  • Experience leading remote teams and communicating with senior management.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on quality and execution.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in International Logistics or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in international logistics or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading international projects.
  • LEAN Six Sigma certification and hands-on project experience is an asset.

Language Skills:
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Additional languages are an asset.
