Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing security documents for completeness and recording requirements.
- Filing security documents with relevant authorities.
- Maintaining detailed records of all filings and correspondence.
- Verifying documentation, ensuring it is complete and accurate to finalize the lien filing process.
- Communicating with external parties to ensure proper filing.
- Assisting in resolving discrepancies or issues related to lien filing.
- Supporting other departments with document requests and record-keeping.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in processes and best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in financial services or related industries (mortgage experience preferred).
- At least 2 years' experience in handling US Loan or Mortgage tasks.
- Proficiency in written communication, fluency in English, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Flexibility to work a standard schedule, including breaks.
