Job Description

  • Revenue and AR Management
    • You will be responsible for accurate and timely revenue posting, including accounts reconciliation, fees analysis, and revenue sanity checking.
    • Match receivables, reconcile payment discrepancies, and ensure proper matching within customer account subledgers.
  • Credit and Collections Management
    • Analyze AR aging reports to identify unpaid invoices, ensuring collections are received according to contract agreements.
    • Develop and implement effective collection strategies, collaborating with the BD/Country teams to negotiate payment plans.
  • Bad Debt and Credit Limit Evaluation
    • Evaluate doubtful accounts/bad debts provisions, recommending write-offs as necessary, ensuring compliance with company policy and accounting standards.
    • Evaluate credit limits for customers, minimizing potential risks while adhering to established credit policies.
  • Audit Support and Process Enhancement
    • Support external auditors by providing requested documents, explanations, and supporting evidence related to revenue/AR and other relevant accounts.
    • Drive the implementation of new processes and systems for AR management.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • A detail-oriented and proactive professional with a strong accounting foundation.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with accounting software, such as Microsoft Dynamics (BC or FSCM), is beneficial.
  • Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Analytical skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with stakeholders.
