About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to drive profitability and financial growth in our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. They will be responsible for leading financial operations across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate goals.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead financial analysis, including forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and profitability evaluation across business units and product lines.
  • Oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with corporate goals.
  • Build and manage high-performing accounting teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports and statements, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a senior finance leader, preferably across multiple entities or businesses.
  • Strong expertise in financial management within the manufacturing and retail sectors.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to translate financial data into business growth opportunities.
  • Proven success in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
