Senior AI Full-Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to create cutting-edge AI tools. This is a contract-based position that allows for remote work and collaboration with a distributed team.

About the Role
  • This is a mid-senior level role that requires 5+ years of full-stack experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have solid production experience with Python (Flask) and React, as well as familiarity with Celery for async task management.
  • They should also be comfortable working in distributed teams and adapting to existing codebases.

The successful candidate will join a lean, distributed team and play a critical role in delivering features that support advertiser compliance at scale. They will be responsible for shipping reliable, production-grade code, supporting sprint milestones, and integrating with backend task orchestration using Celery and AI-driven workflows.

Requirements
  • Must-Have Skills:
    • 5+ years of full-stack experience
    • Python (Flask) – solid production experience
    • React – can build and maintain dynamic frontends
    • Familiarity with Celery for async task management
    • Strong async communicator; can manage own time and unblock sprint delivery
    • Comfortable working in distributed teams and adapting to existing codebases
  • Bonus Skills:
    • Experience with AI or similar orchestration tools
    • Familiarity with scientific Python packages
    • Understanding of advertising, compliance, or regulated platforms
    • Experience in high-trust, fast-delivery environments
