Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled B2B Marketing Specialist to support our hospitality industry brand.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and formatting B2B sales collateral, maintaining a centralized asset library, and optimizing website content.

They will also develop targeted email campaigns, seasonal packages, track competitor marketing trends, and coordinate social media posting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality B2B sales collateral, including fact sheets, proposals, and packages.
  • Maintain a comprehensive asset library with collateral, imagery, and templates.
  • Update and optimize B2B websites and landing pages for improved user experience.
  • Design and implement targeted email campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Develop seasonal packages for holidays, weddings, and retreats.
  • Monitor competitor marketing trends and provide regular performance reports.
  • Coordinate social media posting and engagement for B2B-focused content.
Requirements and Skills:
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing coordination or design, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for visual content creation.
  • Strong skills in Notion and Microsoft Office Suite for data management and organization.
  • Familiarity with CRM/email platforms, such as Klaviyo, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and B2B marketing best practices.
  • Experience using AI tools for copywriting and design.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
