Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled BIM Design Specialist to join our team in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage Onboarding permit drawings (light, permit, enterprise).
  • Support schematic design and tender package creation.
  • Convert point clouds into Revit models and assist with sales plans.
  • Model Revit families and support basic building systems coordination.
  • Produce graphic materials and presentations to communicate design concepts.
  • Provide testfit design support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Revit (modeling, families, point cloud conversion).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Experience in BIM workflows, particularly in architecture or engineering projects.
  • Knowledge of building information modeling standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with construction documentation and design coordination.
