Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Encoder to join our team at Subic Drydock Corporation. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of stocks in the warehouse.
Responsibilities:- Perform random spot checks on fast-moving items to ensure that actual stock on hand matches corresponding bin card records.
- Assist in preparing Inventory Analysis Reports by encoding all information based on physical count results.
- Investigate discrepancies between inventory counts and records, tracing documentation as needed.
- Maintain files related to Inventory Reports.
- Perform other related warehouse functions, including issuance of materials and receipt of materials from suppliers.
- Collaborate with the Data Encoder to input warehouse transactions into the computer system.
- College graduate or equivalent in a related field.
- At least one year of experience in Warehouse Operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems.
The estimated salary range for this position is PHP 25,000 - 35,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, opportunities for growth and development, and a dynamic work environment.
