Job DescriptionSalary:

PHP 30,000 - PHP 50,000 per month (approximately USD 600 - 1,000)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing physical counts, and assisting in the preparation of inventory reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform random spot checks of materials on fast-moving items to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
  • Assist in preparing inventory analysis reports by encoding information based on physical counts.
  • Investigate discrepancies in inventory counts and provide support to the Inventory Specialist in resolving issues.
  • Maintain all files related to inventory reports.
  • Perform other related warehouse functions such as issuance of materials and receipt of materials from suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must be a college graduate or equivalent with a related course.
  • At least one year of experience in warehouse operations is required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • The ideal candidate should be computer literate and able to work independently.
