About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Systems Specialist to join our team in Subic, Zambales. This role will involve inspecting and assessing HVAC systems, electrical components, pipe utility services, and fire prevention systems.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems and equipment to identify functionality and maintenance needs.
• Document maintenance issues and recommend solutions for repairs or improvements.
• Analyze HVAC systems to identify inefficiencies or malfunctions, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with the inspection team to discuss HVAC system status and operational performance, providing expert recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards for HVAC systems, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Participate in project team meetings to discuss progress and findings, contributing to the overall success of the project.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues as needed, applying expertise to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Suggest ways to improve HVAC system performance and efficiency, driving innovation and excellence in our operations.
• Maintain accurate records of HVAC inspections and repairs, providing valuable insights for future improvements.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and/or repair.
• Possession of a National Certificate (NC II) in HVAC/DomRAC, demonstrating expertise and competence in the field.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, construction details, and industry standards, enabling effective assessment and optimization of HVAC systems.
• Willingness to work in Subic, Zambales, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary Range:
PHP 40,000 - PHP 60,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
