Description

We are seeking a world-class media buyer to own the entire customer acquisition funnel from ad click to conversion.

This role combines customer relationship optimization, strategy, and performance marketing—crafting, testing, and scaling full-funnel systems that convert cold traffic into customers across Facebook/Instagram, Google, and TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Media buying across paid social and search: Plan, launch, and scale campaigns on Meta (Facebook/IG), Google, and TikTok Shop.
  • Daily analysis of campaign performance to optimize creative, audiences, bidding, and spend.
  • Focus on return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost, and lifetime value.
  • Conversion rate optimization and funnel strategy: Own and optimize full funnel architecture—landing pages, advertorials, checkout flows, upsells.
  • Lead A/B tests across pages, hooks, CTAs, and offers.
  • Turn performance data into actionable testing roadmaps.
  • Direct response copywriting: Write or guide ads, headlines, lead-ins, advertorials, and VSL scripts that drive conversions.
  • Match copy angles to customer psychology and platform behavior.
  • Funnel and offer creation: Build new funnels from scratch for new products or verticals, coordinate landing page design and copy, and leverage proven direct response frameworks for testing new offers.
  • Ownership and strategic growth leadership: Set KPIs, manage budgets, collaborate with founders, and build/lead a small performance team as we scale.

  • Expertise in CRO and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
