About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Cybersecurity Specialist.

As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape and contributing to making the world a safer place for digital information exchange.

About the Position:

  • You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect, and ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Your passion for continuous learning and self-improvement will enable you to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
  • You will collaborate with our engineering team to provide holistic solutions to customer issues, leveraging your problem-solving skills and technical expertise to drive results.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, facilitating seamless collaboration, and driving project success.
  • You will be responsible for reproducing, troubleshooting, and performing advanced problem analysis on diverse technical issues, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Our ideal candidate will have experience working with platforms and virtual/cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft Windows Clients and Servers, Hyper-V, and Microsoft Azure.
  • You will also have knowledge of server applications and services, such as Active Directory, LDAP, IIS, DNS, and DHCP, as well as troubleshooting tools like packet analyzers and crash dump analyzers.
  • Familiarity with network technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS, packet trace analysis, and network protocols (TCP/IP), is also required.
  • A strong understanding of SSL communication and other encryption technologies will be beneficial in this role.
  • Bonus points will be awarded for knowledge or hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange, VDI, SCCM, SIEM, MacOS, or Mobile devices such as iOS and Android, as well as other cloud infrastructure like Amazon (AWS) or Google Cloud.
