Job Overview

The Security Operations Center (SOC) is a critical component of any organization's cybersecurity strategy. As a Senior SOC Analyst, you will play a vital role in detecting and responding to security threats in real-time.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze security event data from various sources, including SIEM, EDR, and other security tools.
  • Develop and implement effective incident response plans to mitigate the impact of security events.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security controls and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and vulnerabilities, providing recommendations for improving our security posture.
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience working with SIEM, EDR, Log Aggregators, and Incident Response Management solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or PowerShell.
  • Understanding of cloud-based security solutions and architectures.
