Job Title:

The Operations Manager position oversees the daily workflow execution, team coordination, and administrative tasks within a department. This role ensures timely campaign delivery, task board updates, and smooth departmental performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Workflow Management
    • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure completion of assigned tasks
    • Maintain operational SOPs for task execution and campaign support
    • Monitor project management tools to track ongoing activities and deadlines
    • Identify blockers delaying task execution
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and mentor team members, including Leads Team Leaders, Coordinators, and Assistants
    • Assign workloads, monitor completion rates, and track attendance
    • Lead onboarding and training for new team members
    • Conduct performance check-ins and evaluations
  • Cross-Department Coordination
    • Collaborate with other departments for timely task handoffs
    • Facilitate communication flow between departments for campaign-related deliverables
    • Flag operational concerns or delays to management as appropriate
  • Administrative Oversight
    • Verify payroll data, such as attendance and deliverable completion
    • Maintain department calendars, trackers, and communication logs
    • Provide weekly operations updates and report on team task completion rates
    • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, security protocols, and documentation practices
