Job Opportunity:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure the reliability and scalability of IT infrastructure by implementing efficient hardware and software upgrades.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot networks and servers to maintain optimal performance and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
    • Develop automated systems for log management, alerting, and monitoring to enhance overall system efficiency.
    • Create tools to identify and mitigate weaknesses in incident management and software delivery processes.
    • Troubleshoot Support Escalation requests and perform hardware and software upgrades as needed to maintain system stability.
    • Design and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats and ensure data integrity.
    • Perform diagnostic tests, debugging, and data retrieval and recovery procedures to resolve technical issues efficiently.
    • Establish effective end-user feedback and error reporting systems to improve overall system usability.
    • Lead and mentor IT department employees, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • Requirements:
    • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
    • Applicable professional certifications, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification, are highly valued.
    • At least two years' experience in a similar role is necessary.
    • Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies is essential.
    • Strong knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security is required.
    • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills are necessary for success.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required for effective collaboration and team work.
