Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide top-tier customer support, troubleshoot problems, and collaborate with our team to implement fixes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through ticket and live chat systems, ensuring effective issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Guide customers on product usage, offering clear instructions and accurate information.
  • Diagnose site issues, offer solutions, and create detailed bug reports for developers.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on WordPress experience, with in-depth knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on written and verbal English.
  • Experience with technical/customer support or regular client interactions.
  • A proactive, can-do approach to work, with a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
Desirable Skills
  • Familiarity with common web hosting stacks (cPanel, NGINX, Apache, MySQL).
  • Proficiency in cPanel, FTP clients (Filezilla), and command-line operations (SSH).
  • Knowledge of CDNs, caching, and Cloudflare, with advanced DNS expertise.
  • Experience with live chat tools (Help Scout, Freshdesk, or Zendesk) is a plus.
