Job Overview

The Data Specialist is a critical role within our organization, requiring strong analytical skills and attention to detail to manage database usage, identify issues, and escalate to the support team as necessary.

This role also involves coordinating client reporting needs, establishing data workflows, and ensuring data points align with requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage database usage and identify potential issues that may impact data accuracy and security.
  • Coordinate client reporting needs and establish effective data workflows to meet organizational goals.
  • Provide training to users on GRID system functionality and set up training sessions to ensure successful project start-ups.
  • Ensure accurate data entry through quality assurance and control activities, verify data completeness, and troubleshoot functional issues.
  • Export and review reports for quality assurance and resolve data issue resolutions with project teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in data entry, database administration, or data support roles.
  • Experience with database systems, such as Salesforce, Access, or SQL-based systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data validation).
  • Strong attention to detail, written and verbal English communication, and a self-starter mindset.
