Accountant Role

About the Job

This role involves onboarding new clients using our template and assigning them to the right Accountant. You will be responsible for ensuring that Accountants deliver services on time and keep clients satisfied. Additionally, you will help onboard new team members and make them feel supported and ready.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard new clients using our template and assign them to the right Accountant.
  • Make sure Accountants deliver services on time and keep clients satisfied.
  • Help onboard new team members and make them feel supported and ready.
  • Review monthly financial reports for errors before sending them to clients.
  • Monitor client channels to ensure clear communication.
  • Check that Accountants meet goals and help balance workloads.
  • Work with other Managers to resolve issues before escalating them to senior leaders.
  • Give feedback to senior leaders on systems and suggest improvements.
  • Look for ways to grow client revenue and share ideas with senior leadership.
  • Do regular team evaluations, recommend promotions, and ensure clear, professional communication with clients.
