About the Role

We are seeking a detail-driven and analytical professional to support cross-functional teams by streamlining workflows, managing datasets, and driving process enhancements. This role involves working closely with departments like finance, sales, HR, and IT to ensure data accuracy, optimize operations, and uphold quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR), ensuring information and documentation are properly structured.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to ensure accessibility.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
  • Enforce process and quality standards across teams.
  • Take ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements; expect responsibilities to evolve regularly in a fast-growing environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field.
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Eager to learn and adaptable to changing workflows and tools.
  • A 'can-do' mindset, with high energy and willingness to go the extra mile.
