Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Medical Coding and Eligibility Leadership Specialist. As a key member of our medical services team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of medical coding and eligibility processes. Your primary responsibilities will include managing a team of medical coders, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and analyzing data to optimize process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as healthcare or business administration. You should also have at least 3-5 years of experience in medical coding, eligibility, or a related field, with prior supervisory experience preferred. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in working effectively with colleagues, staff, and clients.
