Key Roles and Responsibilities

The Digital and Social Executive will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and engagement across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective paid social campaigns using Meta Business Manager to maximize lead generation and ROI.
  • Creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging organic content that aligns with the brand voice and objectives.
  • Staying up-to-date on social media trends, competitors, and platform updates to ensure best practices are implemented.
  • Monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics to refine content and ad strategies.

The role also involves overseeing HubSpot's Sales, Marketing, Content, Web, Automation, and CRM hubs to support business goals, managing websites through HubSpot's CMS, and implementing lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation to increase engagement and conversions.

Additionally, the Digital and Social Executive will develop and manage Google AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions, perform keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize ad performance, and track and analyze AdWords metrics to assess campaign success and identify areas for improvement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their capabilities.
  • Experience with paid social advertising and campaign management.
  • Ability to create engaging organic content and develop effective social media strategies.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Google AdWords.
