At JOB MATCHMAKER, we're seeking a Brand Manager to spearhead our brand's strategic growth and expansion.

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market positioning and achieve business objectives. This includes setting and executing brand planning calendars, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.

A key aspect of this role is cross-departmental collaboration, coordinating with various departments to align brand initiatives, including Marketing, eCommerce, and Franchise Management. The Brand Manager will direct resources effectively to support brand objectives and initiatives.

Sales and profitability management are also crucial components of this position, establishing and achieving sales, profitability, and cost control budgets and targets for the brand. The Brand Manager will analyze market trends, customer spending, preferences, and merchandising mix to drive product development and marketing innovation.

The Brand Manager will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the brand image and customer experience across all online and offline touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand look and feel to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

Additionally, the Brand Manager will lead the development and implementation of sustained brand engagement strategies through various channels, including social media, influencers, key opinion leaders, partnerships, and advertising.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to identify and recommend opportunities for brand and store expansions into new areas and territories, implementing expansion strategies to drive brand growth and market penetration.

To succeed in this position, you'll need a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive business growth, as well as strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.

You'll also require excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
