Job Purpose:

This role is designed to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring a positive client experience and maximizing campaign performance. This involves client-facing interactions, strategic planning, and ongoing optimization to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  2. Develop and execute email, SMS, and other retention marketing strategies.
  3. Analyze data to optimize campaign performance.
  4. Build strong relationships with clients to enhance the overall client experience.
  5. Work with cross-functional teams to manage multiple client accounts.
  6. Upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients.
  7. Share industry insights with marketing teams to position the company as a thought leader.
