  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client relationship management, suggesting and implementing process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in technical, enterprise, or B2B environments

  • Proven account management or relevant experience

  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

  • Industry background in telco, ICT, IT, FMCG, retail, manufacturing, non-food, or logistics

  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate well

  • Ability to adapt to changing industry trends and language

  • Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
