Accounting Specialist Role

The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day financial support to our clients, focusing on accounts communications and documentation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and reporting. The role involves managing client relationships, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.


Key Responsibilities
  • Read, understand and respond to all communication from clients
  • Escalate any issues or concerns to the management team
  • Process transactions, including invoicing, payments and reconciliations
  • Manage client accounts, including account setup, maintenance and closure
  • Create and manage reports, including financial statements and analysis
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

About the Job
  • This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week
